ONSITE MAINTENANCE
Minetec has a proven track record of providing various levels of both onsite and remote support structures to aid our clients in maintaining and updating communication & technology infrastructure. We tailor an agreement with our clients to deliver the level of support required for any size operation, based upon mutually agreed milestones. Our structured support methodology is based on transparency of information flow.
Minetec have the ability to provide fulltime/part-time and ad-hoc onsite technical support these can include services from a small one off two-way repeater system to a large telecommunication tailored network.
We will generally provide a service that includes:
• Reactive maintenance
• Preventative maintenance
• Future improvement plans
